1. Do you have a bathroom onboard?
No, our vessels our open vessels with no bathroom facilities onboard.
2. Will I get seasick?
Most likely not! Our vessels are open air tour boats and limited to 12 passengers. Generally, even the most seasickness prone guest fare ok! If you do decide to take seasickness medication such as Dramamine, we recommend you take it an hour before departure. This usually sees great results.
3. Are whale sightings guaranteed?
Absolutely!!! Maui has some of the most consistent Whale Watching in the world!
4. Are your vessels and staff licensed by the US Coast Guard?
Yes! All of our vessels and Captains are licensed by the United States Coast Guard and undergo rigorous annual inspections.
5. Is it fun for kids?
Yes! We find that both Children and Adults are equally amazed with our Whale encounters.
6. What should I wear?
The Maui sun can be really strong in the early afternoon. We recommend dressing accordingly and wearing plenty of sun protection!
7. Is there shade on the boat?
Yes! Our vessel is very well shaded!
8. Are advance bookings recommended?
Yes, because of Whale Watching popularity on Maui and the limited space we encourage advance bookings. There have been times when guests have shown up without an advance booking only to have to wait for a couple of hours until there was a space open for them. Live availability can be found online. HOWEVER, if there is room on the boat, walk-up guests are always welcome.
9. How far in advance should I make a booking?
We recommend at least 30 days in advance depending on the season.
10. Can we book the entire boat for a special occasion?
Absolutely! If you want to treat you and your guests to a private Whale Watching experience, you can book the entire vessel, Captain and crew. Select the private option while booking online.
11. What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made over 7 days prior to the scheduled booking do not incur a charge.
